Exercise during pregnancy is important as movement is key to keeping muscles strong and flexible. After birth it's important to respect that your body has been changing and adapting over the past 9 months or so. We don't want to bounce back quickly! We want to heal and restore, and only when your body is ready and you have enough energy, we can look to building a routine into your life with a new baby.
