Coaching is tailored to your goals with the main focus on how to get you feeling good! All 1:2:1 sessions are 30 minutes in length and take place at my private studio. Sessions combine cardio, resistance and flexibility exercises which are great for:

  • Improving fitness

  • Increasing strength and endurance

  • Weight loss
