By taking time to get to know you, your goals, lifestyle, commitments and mindset we look at your life in it's entirety. Then we can we plan your Personal Training sessions to challenge you without compromising the other things in your life that are important.


1:2:1 sessions are tailored to your goals with the main focus on how to get you feeling good! All sessions are 30 minutes in length and take place at my private studio. Sessions combine cardio, resistance and flexibility exercises which are great for:

  • Improving fitness

  • Increasing strength and endurance

  • Weight loss

1:2:1 sessions can be booked as a block of six or a block of twelve (to be taken over consecutive weeks where possible). 

Sessions can be completed over Facetime too! Ask for more details if you think this might work better for you.
