Our personal training sessions are designed to improve your overall health and fitness based on what you want to achieve. By looking at your lifestyle in its entirety we find the balance of training, recovery and nutrition that works for you.
Bespoke training sessions are booked to fit into your week and can been booked as a single session, a block of 6 or a block of 12. We advise taking these over consecutive weeks where possible to maximise their effectiveness.
We take payment for the first session upfront (bank details available on request), then should you wish to go ahead with the block booking you will receive a payment terms email.
This includes confirmation of the times and dates of your sessions and once payment is received, these are guaranteed (subject to terms and conditions).
Please complete the relevant forms by clicking on the navy blue or green (for pregnant or postnatal clients) links prior to your first session and either email back to firstname.lastname@example.org or bring a paper copy along to your first session.
The Terms and Conditions provide information on Totality such as insurance, payment and cancellation policy, and details on what to expect during your sessions. Please confirm you have read and understood these by signing the questionnaire.
