I have had a keen interest in health & fitness since I left school back in 1999. It started by going to the local gym and playing 5 a side football but then in 2001 I ran my first half marathon and my journey with running began.


Since then I have completed numerous races from 5km to marathon which has allowed me to learn about all aspects of training: strength & conditioning, nutrition, rest & recovery, executing a training plan, injury management etc. I am now a UKA qualified coach and personal trainer which I use to coach at my local running club Billericay Striders and help people to achieve their goals.


At the start of 2017 I started a sports and remedial sports massage qualification which I was to help better understand how to help the body recover and avoid injury. In June 2018 I completed my qualification and can now offer sports massage to help prevent injury, relaxation or as part of a rehabilitation programme.
